Hormone Health Coaching

Health coaching is right for you if you are experiencing any hormonal imbalances. These can include, painful periods, amenorrhea, endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, PMDD, thyroid imbalances, fertility issues, and more.

Embark on your 5-month healthy hormone program today! As your health coach I will be with you every step of the way to support you in your goals toward better health and a better life.

During your 5-month program the areas we will focus on include, hormonal health education, nutrition guidance, stress management, sleep optimization, exercise recommendations, balancing blood sugar levels, gut health optimization, detoxification support, and possible supplement recommendations.

What to expect in the 5-month program:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month, via phone

  • Email/ text support between sessions and accountability

  • Reading material and resources specific to your goals and needs

  • A copy of the notes from each session

Reiki Session

$80/ session

Reiki is a Japanese form of hands-on healing that works to promote Ki or ‘life-force energy’. Reiki works by removing blocks to energy flow, and refilling areas where life-force energy is low. Energy blocks and low energy areas are created by illness, emotion, physical trauma, chronic negative thoughts, and stress. 

Reiki offers many benefits such as, reduced stress levels, improved immune function, better sleep, reduced worry/ fears, reduced headaches, pain management, and lessens shock/ emotional overwhelm. Prior to the session we will discuss any areas of concern you'd like to focus on.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes 

  • Offered in person in the San Diego area, or remotely

Private Yoga Sessions

$100/ hour

Yoga has many benefits including, stress relief, improved flexibility & strength, can help improve chronic pain and inflammation, can improve emotional well-being, and improve sleep.

I offer highly individualized, private yoga instruction to students of all ages and abilities. I have 5+ years of experience teaching yoga. I offer a therapeutic approach to healing & strengthening the body through mindful movement. By weaving together breath and body awareness, asana, meditation, and deep rest, I aim to create a safe, nourishing space for students to practice self-love & self-care.

Sessions can be 1-on-1 or in a group setting (bachelorette party, birthday party, gathering, work events, etc). Offered in person in the San Diego area or on Zoom.
