My story:
I didn’t always eat healthy and exercise. Growing up it was a lot of take-out and frozen food. As a child I was constantly sick, and this took a toll on my body physically and mentally. When I was graduating high school I finally decided to make a change: I began incorporating more healthy foods into my life and exercising. Shortly after, I discovered yoga, and it completely changed my life.
Seeing the amazing effect that eating better had on my own life is what inspired me to study nutrition. But while I was working on my bachelor’s degree in nutrition it still felt like something was missing, which is when I discovered holistic nutrition.
I believe that health doesn’t just come from what you eat alone, but a variety of other factors.
I believe that everyone's journey to wellness is unique, and I am committed to supporting you every step of the way!
